Should I even care about philosophy at this point? It seems like 90% of the time it just makes unverifiable claims about reality. "Oh it may be real it might not be real how can we trust our senses how can we trust the word trust?" Will science give me a greater peace of mind?

4. There is so little competition in the search engine industry that the government should look into greater regulation and transparency. It seems a "search engine" is just code for an educational institution LARPing as a for-profit corporation. There isn't enough competition in the search engine industry to keep search engines honest! The economists must explain, and the government must take appropriate action to enforce search engine industry spending is consistent with national security!

Maybe I'll be eating my words in some years /sci/ but I currently see Quantum Computers going absolutely nowhere.

I just don't see a way to ever deal with the amount of noise.

What's worse, I believe that most people working in the field know damn well that they are going nowhere and at this point are just milking that research money which they get because they promise extraordinary things and show complicated math that gets the Normies hyped up.
