A stone takes longer to heat and retains heat longer than a piece of metal, what causes this on atomic level?

why don't we modify zygotes to make better people?
if absolutely nothing else, to make people free of genetic diseases? no one HAS to be diabetic, or deaf, or blind, or retarded. why can't i guarantee that my offspring have the best chance at succeeding in life?

manlets

No.13405449 ViewReplyOriginalReport
There are plenty of jokes about manlet insecurities and compensation, but is there an actual scientific basis to short-man complex?
One thing I've noticed is that manlets have been behind pretty much every political flashpoint over the past four to five years:

Nathan Damigo (punched Antifa chick)
James Fields (Charlottesville)
Brenton Tarrant (Christchurch)
Kyle Rittenhouse (wannabe vigilante)
Derek Chauvin (power-tripping cop)

Lipoma question

No.13405400 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I have been told that a Lipoma doesn't decrease in size if you lose bodyfat, because its not part of your metabolism, but how come my Lipoma in-fact does response to fatloss/fatgain

When I was 90kg my lipoma was 6.0cm (ultrasound)

I cut down to 78kg and my lipoma reduced to 4.5cm (ultrasound)

Now I regained weight, upto 86kg, and ive noticed my lipoma is bigger again.

How is my lipoma decreasing in size with fatloss, and increasing in size with fatgain, if the Lipoma is not part of your metabolism? I want to do a cut down to like 65-70kg to see what size it is at that weight.

I hate being demonized and labeled an anti vaxxer conspiracy theorist because I don't currently feel comfortable with taking this specific new mRNA vaccine.
