We all know the old adage of "just draw!", but what should I draw to get better in general?

>>6021588 Have you watched the FZD video? If you have no ideas you can start with drawing organic things that will look decent even without exact proportions like rocks, driftwood and dead trees etc.

Post your favorite artists. Be it trad, capeshit, digital, manga and describe why do you like it.
I like how uncanny Hiranos style looks. It's so aesthetic yet the long limbs, faces and certain details make it off, in a good way.

love this artist even though they are under so many different names it makes them really hard to follow. they did drakengard fatal crimson/ jack the ripper hellblade/ worked on breaker. I had honestly thought they dropped dead or Retired but apparently they have been working on a webtoon Second journey to the west. I wish they did an art book since I have learned so much from drawing with their art as reference.

Looks traced. Lazily traced, so I wound't pay a whole lot. Sounds like a way of getting yourself doxxed and humiliated for being a massive faggot if you annoy the wrong people. If you are tracing I mean.

My understanding of the fundamentals is: if you've mastered the fundamentals you can draw/paint anything with a minimal subject matter studying.
