Hello, Question : Can sleep paralysis induce positive visions ? Normally it's always the "sleep demon" pressing on the chest while being inable to move and completely terrified. Can sleep paralysis induce a positive happening, where a marvellous being appears and the inability to move is lifted ? Why is the scientific data always centered about some nightmare ? I could not find anything about positive sleep paralysis. Discuss now.
