Same. I never got this idea of just glorifying the barbarian mindset, dont get me wrong im sadistic in vidya and stuff I love shooters and all that, but in actual life it just sounds gross and unnecessary, the goal is to have a peaceful trustful society so we can focus on higher culture like science etc, everything in life is just about food and security so as long we can keep making lots of food and keep making more security ( the forerunners from halo and drone bots like from half life probably would be a cool future police uploading holographic tickets on a cyborg interface etc) there will be no need for wars, with space colonization, asteroid mining, colony ships mars and moon colonization and future expansion into space there is infinite room so over population etc is a hoax as long as we keep expanding outward
