You should look into how these vaccines were approved (EUA). The actual studies done were not statistically significant in preventing COVID. Not only that, but with VAERS we KNOW there are serious adverse events in non-trivial numbers.

There are also MANY papers in the 2005-2015 era that show vaccination attempts for SARS-1 (2002) and coronaviruses in general. The animal testing from those studies showed ADE / Pathogenic priming, basically the vaccine helps against the specific strain, but when a variant comes along the immunized animals got killed whereas the control group didn't.
