If the muscles surrounding the eye change the shape of the eyeball, and these muscles show stress and strain, wouldn't it make sense to put an eyepatch over the eye with astigmatism for 3 to 6 months and go to the eye doctor to get an exam and see if a difference took place?
Or to just stare at something that is a far distance away to make the?
I refuse to believe astigmatism can only be reduced by surgery or glasses, because on some mornings when i wake up, i find my vision to be completely fine, then the astigmatism sets in and my left eye gets blurry again, so i know it's a state my eye can return to if it's like this when i wake up in the morning.
And then the talk about doing neck exercise's for it supposedly helps because damage to the spine can cause eye problems? Any thoughts? From Edgar Cayce neck exercise's, I have astigmatism in my left eye.
Let us lay it plainly. The 'real' numbers are not real. Many of them cannot be physically manifest. The mathematicians have binged on the sugary snack that is the appeal to infinite iterations, and has served it as a staple to her children the physicists and computer scientists for breakfast. Normalized to the cardinal sin, many wander aimlessly through the world, thinking 0.999... = 1, that sqrt(2) is a measurable quantity, that x^5 - 2x + 3 = 0 has a root because it travels across the x-axis, that circles can exist in nature and that there is no difference between 0.333... base 10 and 0.4 base 12.
No more I say, shall this madness be tolerated. By divine intellect, I have bequeathed a solution- the Mystical Metaphysical Number System (MMP for short). No longer will humanity wander aimlessly through the world with imprecise, hand-wavy definitions of a language designed to be as precise as possible. But will stand resilient- salient in the distinction between what numbers can be made manifest, what numbers can only be conceptualized in the mind, and what ones can only be used by God. They shall have a new, holofractal notion of the continuum, and have a first principles construction of numericism that leads naturally into the future lingua franca of physics- geometric algebra. A physical field whose infintessimal is defined, and min and max values are set by the cosmic proportion- all while leaving the door open in the metaphysical realm for all the good insights the appeals to the infinite none the less give.
I've realized recently that I get basically zero benefit from sitting in on lectures, and all my real learning comes from working on problems or reading textbooks myself. Is this a common thing? Why is mandatory attendance a thing in university when there are people like me?

would there be a pattern to be found in how quartz crystals would act, if i were to throw them into my computer fans?
how would they act? as in, would there eventually be some way to understand how they end up discharging electricity - and to go further, the positive/negative parts of this electricity - to go to the next step, which would be using this?
i have the resources to run this test
pic rel because id like to think theyd end up making this shape which ive seen a lot. its also somewhere in half-life, i think.
some things we already know before going into the experiment, and similar things we can think about to develop a better hypothesis before going into the test stage: >if i throw paper+gunpowder "bangers/poppers" into the computer fans they explode, and the paper spins with the fans via the actual fan hitting them, before ejecting via the other side of the fan (the blowing side" >this is due to the leftover paper being light enough to be pushed by the fans/fan air >therefore we know the gunpowder would explode to produce a bang, and paper would leave the fans upwards/to the right of their original entry point
so what do we think, boys?
any patterns you think will show up after studying the way electricity moves from doing this?
