In real life, however, the vast majority of people do nothing to prevent others from dying every day while actively avoiding any actions that might cause harm to others, even those actions save more lives in the long run. In other words, people's hypothetical reaction to this problem is at odds with their real-life behavior, and this problem exposes their vile hypocrisy.
The most moral course of action is to do nothing, allowing for the greatest possible number of people to die without having to kill anyone yourself.
