Just curious: how are you guys handling bowel emptying? I haven't shit my pants yet, but every 2-3 days I basically have to rush to the bathroom urgently, and I've definitely had some close calls. It's 10x worse than any enema or suppository I've ever had.
Are you guys taking this on an empty stomach? Are you taking it with any kind of bulking agent?
Some people are apparently using diapers, but I can't bring myself as a grown fucking man to go that route.

That's still retarded. You can't fight biology. Any suggested path forward that has that as any part, or the core, of its proposed strategy can be discarded immediately. The only way to have lasting change is, like I said, to provide a more appealing alternative - appealing to base human biology. Cars are better than horses, so we drive cars. Machines are better than slaves, so we use machines. No one had to force adoption of internet use. No one had to force adoption of smart phone use. If the solution is "do fewer things you enjoy, work harder for less output, exercise more restraint" etc., then a retard is saying it.
