No it is not approved for every possible use in every possible patient. It is only approved for a specific use -- vaccination against the virus that causes Covid-19 -- and for certain people -- adults over 16. So if you are under 16, I guess you can argue to your employer that you don;t want to take a vaccine under an EUA, if you want to try that. Good luck.

Absolutely, everyone knows when getting FDA approval you can just submit data for one product, get it approved under a different name, then sell a completely different product while advertising it as the product that was approved. The FDA is actually totally ok with this.

It's not hard.
1) prove that the supremum of A cant be higher than the infinite of B using the first premise, because that would imply that there is an intersection, which would in turn imply that there is an element of A that's equal to instead of lower than an element of B
2) prove that the supremum of A cant be lower than the infimum of B, because their arithmetic mean would be in neither set, and that would contradict premise 2
3) deduce that the infimum of B and the supremum of A have to be equal to a c, which has to be contained in only one of the sets
