Redshift for galaxies exceeds c because the universe is accelerating so fast for us that galaxies must be already moving away at faster than the speed of light.

However redshift as something is thrown into a black hole shouldn't do that, right? Nothing exceeds the speed of light down to the event horizon thus redshift will never exceed c...or could it be that because the infalling object is always in a gravitational field that the redshift will exceed c and go all the way to infinity?

Not possible because the Lorentz spaces needed to explain the twin paradox - which disproves the theory of relativity- would be void

Would the limit of the redshift be greater than the speed of light as it is the case with horizon galaxies.

I hypothesize that redshift approaches c at the event horizon and then the light slowly fades before the redshift can reach c.

I do those. Still many people that go out on hikes, exercise more than the average (average being overweight) but don't overdo it, eat properly, etc. Still live the average lifespan.

You can exercise to keep your heart healthy but there seems to exist a threshold for how much you can "balance it' from excercise.
