We discuss research, DO NOT offer advice (just fucking go see your doctor) make fun of premeds and shitpost. Please keep vaccination/clamping/vitamin K/soliciting advice out of this thread and start your own because it takes a lot of space.
Hypochondriacs aren't welcomed in this general FUCK OFF !!!!!!!!!

1) Does the qualia of sight adhere to the eyeball or brain ( If there was a living eyeball albeit not connected to a brain, would there still be the qualia of sight-perception, merely without abstract thinking related to it?) ? 2) If the qualia adheres to eyeballs, then do man-made cameras also have sight-perception qualia?
Okay I am going to say it, I FUCKING HATE SCIENCE. I prefer a world of mysteries and magic, of gods, heroes, blessings and curses, truth does NOT have any value in itself. Shove your evolution up your arsehole, its a bad story without a pun.
Also being rational is fucking unmanly and not based.
Rationality was mankinds first and worst mistake.
Hey /sci/, I'm hoping you can help me out with my homework here.
I'm trying to explain atmospheric pressure in terms of walls of a container model of gasses, but I can't into pressure at this level. >tfw you can't debunk a flat-earther without help
Is there anyone who could help me find F_v, as simply as possible, so I can get to the next step?
Why isn't Rankine the scientific temperature standard? It's based on the most logical and easy to understand temperature scale while still remaining relevant to absolute zero and scientifically useful.
I have recently come across an algebra problem in pic related but have no clue on how to solve it for x and y.
I have tried looking at systems of quadratic equations online, but none of them seem to have the second term (the x*y).
Both equations look similar to general equations for a second order curve, but do not match with any of the "standard" curves (parabola, hyperbola, circle, ellipse) an I am short on ideas.
