Real life is fucking shit, who designed this shithole? We are just meant to eat and survive long enough to fuck a vagina and pass out our genes, and the system rewards violent/animal like behavior to woo vaginas. Thus the genes that get passed the most are those that exhibit animalistic traits, and so the system can ONLY PRODUCE MORE ANIMALS. It's a shit design, only a pure all instinct no brain being could come up with this shit, ie Nature.

Probably not. Theoretically it could prune off neurons in certain areas of the brain non essential for higher thought, like olfactory areas, and reduce the amount of computing power your brain has to dedicate for that, but that's only theoretical.

Nothing makes a person "smarter". Genetics determine that and everything you do in life destroys brain cells, so in theory people only lose the ability to learn and store knowledge, and never gain any ability.
This is talking about total ability and not neuroplasticity.
