I found some explanations why the Mandelbrot set has a perfect cardioid and a perfect circle. But then there are other miniature copies of the entire set like on pic-related which however don't have perfect cardioids or perfect circles like the main Mandelbrot set has.

How do you explain mahtematically that those miniature copies exist and why do they approximate cardioids and circles (instead of being perfect cardioids and circles)? How is their location on the complex plane determined?

Help Me With Your Massive Brains

Where can I get the necessary info to model the exact movement of any point on earth relative to the sun for the next thousands of years? I'm making a program that actively corrects the angle of a mirror throughout the day such that the reflected rays always hit a fixed point. I understand this can be done with an approximation and fixed values, but I decided that I was going to go for a level of precision so autistic the physical motors wouldn't be precise enough. I don't know where to find the information or any resources that would teach me what I need to calculate it myself. Any links or book recommendations would be heavily appreciated.
