At least schizos live in their own fantasies, delusions and hallucinations instead of engaging with garbage reality. However, as far as I know, schizophrenia is primarily a neurological and/or genetic disorder: it's not just a mental illness but there is something inherently wrong with how the neurons are wired. If you're born neurotypical, you will never experience how it is to be schizo. But still, is it possible to turn a neurotypical into an artificial schizo? Maybe through drugs, lobotomy or a stroke?

I have a question for the mathematicians and statisticians. If I want to measure the reliability of agreement between multiple observers, with multiple nominal categories, how should I proceed? Should I use weighted kappa coefficient or perhaps Fleiss's kappa? Any ideas?
