How do I find an environment where there are only high IQ people?

I’m going to see a doctor in a month but I want to know how fucked I am right now the suspense is too much

I have a pinched nerve issue, the nerves on the right side of my face are much weaker and after 4 years of leaving it untreated like a retard the right side of my face has slowly changed to look worse and worse. I honestly used to be pretty good looking but now I am deadass ugly

The right side of my face is like atrophied or something, the eye on the right looks like a “prey eye” and on the left it’s a hunter eye, there’s less definition, jawline is non existent and the lip smile kind of goes down instead of up like it does on the left

I really really want to know if this kind of face damage will get better if I have the nerves fixed or if plastic surgery is my only option

Back to the drawing board. What do I d o? this is a career I really wanted to go into. My plan is to apply one last time. Any other /sci/ careers that could earn me over 90k with a masters ?

So I contacted omicron and the my body took about a week to beat it.
But after that I feel somewhat of a pain in left of my chest (left pectoralis major area).
I thought it my go away but it's still there after about 4 weeks since I got covid/omicron.
I have a little shortage of breath, not a big deal but it annoys the hell out of you especially doing anything beside walking.
Plus I feel my heart beats a little faster or somehow irregular plus the weight I feel in left of my chest.

I'll visit a heart expert tomorrow but I'm curious did you experience any similar situation or after a jab (if you took one) and what was it?
