What's the diffrence between humans and robots

No.14245912 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Define the diffrence between humans and robots. One could mention 7 main requirments for life like ability to create offspring or process energy into actions but I can see how a robot could be designed to do all of that too. I think we humans are just robots made of flesh and bone and only reason we think we are diffrent is due Anthropocentrism bias of sorts.

Suppose we replace the commutator of the Virasoro algebra with the Poisson bracket,

How do the Virasoro generators act on regular functions as a Poisson bracket? i.e. What would be?

There seems to be a meme going around where people who don't engage in hookup culture and have a new sexual partner every weekend are apparently asexual?
Apparently not sleeping around until you find someone suitable to parent children and raise a family is now considered asexual.

Are vaccines worth it?

No.14247312 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Ok so I went from pro-vaxxer in the beginning of the pandemic to 2019 levels of antivax today.
My trust in media is completely broken, even more now after the Freedom convoy where no one but alternative media reported on it. Canadian MSM tried at all costs to make it a fringe minority.

Vax schizos said the vaccine gave blood clots MSM and all said it was fake, lo and behold AstraZeneca did in fact create blood clots.

Vax schizos said that you'd need boosters every 6 months MSM called it BS, it's now our new reality.

They were about to release the clinical data about the vaccines but didn't because it would be misrepresented by conspiracy theorists.

Said that the vaccines were highly effective and wouldn't let you get sick, alas they weren't

The vaccine is safe and effective, people dropping like stones on soccer matches and on live tv. The spike the body makes after mRNA injection is already extinct.

etc... etc... Ad nauseam

I didn't get the vaccine nor I intend to, but I can't shake this feeling that I am being unscientific and a conspiracy theorist.

What are the pros and cons of the vaccine?

Prefrontal Cortex (PFC).

No.14243107 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Why does exercising your PFC feel so good? For example compare how you feel after studying versus jacking off. It's like there's a hidden reward system for exercising self-control.
