Why doctors simply dont prescribe eating more veggetables and plants, drinking more water, doing more cardio, lifting basic weights, sunbathing, eating less carbs/gluten/sugar, stop eating red meat and eating instead eggs, doing meditation to stop stress, chicken and fish, and reading at least a book per week plus having some intelectual hobby like composing music or learning new languages.

When It literally this prevents and cures 95-98% of all existent diseases, both mentally degenerative shit like alzeimers as well as obesity related illnesses?

Pretty much anything non infection or genetic defect is cure with my first list of tips.

Why does dentistry have a high suicide rate relative to other medical professions and fields? Why do they kill themselves so much?

Immortality research.

Anti-aging research is the only field that actually matters. The creators put us here so that we could discover it ourselves.

Centuries of scientific and technological advances come down to a single task - creating molecular machines like picrel to help us achieve biological immortality.

It’s a test to see if we can master the machinery of life. If we succeed, we get the ultimate reward - life itself.

How do we do this? Computational biophysics. Computers and AI are at a point where we can design molecules and proteins with extreme precision, like engineering an automobile or a bridge.

We will use these tools to design new molecular machinery for ourselves. This is the only way we can achieve the ultimate reward. Our purpose.

How realistic is the technological singularity/immortality? It plagues my every waking thought. Not just whether I make it but whether I don't and people I hate do and get to live forever in robot bodies while I'm a lump of carbon in the ground.

Suppose you want to complete 3-4 mathematics texts by October (say roughly 5 pages per day of each)

Is it better for understanding to do 20 pages of one per day and focus on that one (alternating) or working through the 5 each day simultaneously do you think?

Im scared that when I was 12 (8 years ago) a friend of the same age recorded me masturbating for a few seconds. Most likely he didnt do this however its possible. If so, can this hurt me in the foreseeable future? Wether Im a nobody or the most popular celebrity on earth? Thanks! Advice to how to cope with vague memory and my brain constantly trying to reassure myself ? I havent seen this person for over 5 years now. He was never a bad person however he did do stupid things. Ive never had a thought or anxiety about this for at least 6 years since the original event. I keep replaying so many scenarios in my head. Not too long ago I had a dream where bad things happened (I was exposed in the dream). Its keeping me from being ambitious and chasing the bag because I worry about this. (The reason I came here is because most of you are very smart)

How did people know what was safe to eat in pre historic times? Was it just passed down knowledge or was taste all you needed to be able to tell? Hypothetically speaking, would a caveman get sick if he ate yogurt that fermented too much while straining? What if it is sour and a bit bitter, instead of only a bit sour?
What if the taste was very tolerable, and the caveman could even see himself spreading it on bread or toast?
Would the caveman get sick if he ate it with a bit of honey? What if the initial milk was left fermenting at about 30C for 8h, acquiring the consistency and taste of yogurt, and left to strain for 24h, also at 30C?
