Does anyone not gym and simply work out through their work?

No.14281689 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I hate the idea of going to the gym, I've been a few times and even though I can ignore the fags it's wasting your time if you can combine it with a job.
Is amazon warehousing a good option? Or do I have to move to the third world and pick cotton or some shit?

Cardiac stress test /med/

No.14280973 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Recently got listed for conscription and did a required health examination. Didn't put much thought into it, hoping I'd fail in some regard.

One of the examiners, a psychologist ended up being some boomer who audibly mocked me and thought silly of me when I proposed my position as a non-violent one. Also during that visit, while answering some questions, I broke down due to my anxiety and started crying but he didn't seem to care and even hinted it infantile.
The psychiatrist examination consisted of a paper test and showing the doctor my wrists so that didn't accomplish much either.
Other tests went so, so, enough to pass me.

There was a self assessment questionnaire before examinations. I remembered my mother having BP issues and her measuring BP whenever shit got bad, so on the paper I checked that I had BP problems because most of my mother's health complications stemmed from my mother dealing with anxiety and depression for a few decade and my psyche has been showing similiar progression at least in regards to anxiety, though I do deny it to a philosophical extent.
My BP did end up being highly elevated during a test, so I got a recommendation to see a cardiologist and take a cardiac stress test.

How does the test work and how would I go about failing it? Energy drinks, some sleep deprivation?
