Give me one practical application of this supposed "knot theory".
Pro tip: you can't.

In science, knot theory and its applications are applied to use knots to inspect the capacity of topoisomerase proteins to add or eliminate tangles from DNA. Knot theory applications in chemistry allow us to depict topological stereoisomers or atoms with identical particles but various designs. Knot theory applications in physical science, we use charts used in knot theory to make Ising models for looking at how particles cooperate.

simple google search would produce some practical applications for you but you are too retarded to even do that lmao. go back to /x/

I have a vague hunch that we'll eventually get a non-computational proof of the four colour theorem from knot theory. If you think about it, the restrictions on the nodes and edges of a planar graph are basically like ropes in knot theory, where the nodes are infinitely long ropes orthogonal to the plane.

I am terrible at math.
I passed with low marks in high school and got a C in applied calc in college.
My GRE quant score was 146 which is very low, but I want to get into a stats PhD eventually.
How would you tackle the problem?

you get better at math by doing math. if you want to get good, so practice problems. preferably a lot of them, and challenging ones as well.

How do I turn off the left side of my brain and only learn with the right side?
