This woman has a mutation in the FAAH gene, and doesn't break down anandamine normally.
She's 70 and lived a completely painless life. She said "childbirth felt like a tickle".
But she understands the concept of it, “I know the word ‘pain,’ and I know people are in pain, because you can see it”

On top of extreme tolerance for physical pain, she is very fast to search for hopeful and solution oriented angles in bad situations. Other than experiencing everything overall hedonically elevated level, she had no problem doing all tasks of normal life. She had a career as a teacher (wasn't able to find specifically, probably elementary schools)
