Yes, that's what I'm trying to say. It's a shit study that gives us no real data on pregnancy outcomes in first trimester but look at how it's being interpreted as proof that vaccines are safe in pregnancy. Look at the citing articles, go on!

Let's be clear about timelines:
Vaccination window: Dec 14 - Feb 28 (11 weeks)
Follow-up window: Feb 28 - Mar 30 (4.5 weeks)

Also consider the fact that uptake numbers would have increased as time passed.
Then you'll realise that this study is literally not designed well at all to look at early pregnancy.

It was extremely irresponsible/malicious for them to release the data like this AND to come up with the 104/827 figure to justify the vaccine's safety.

104/827 is not an accurate measure of abortion rates at all, and the authors should have known better.

That's not how it works. There isn't infinite matter, or new matter being created. Matter is like the raisins in a cookie that increases in size infinitely but the raisins stay the same size and just get farthsr apart.

The universe could still be curved, it would just mean we can't detect the curve yet (or maybe never). If you assume this you have to assume it's at least a certain size (quite a bit larger than the observable universe but I'm not sure of the exact figure).
