>Church attendance remains stronger among older demographics, and more common for women.[61][62][63] There is evidence that links church attendance with health benefits. The Pew Research Center, which conducts the extensive research and information program Pew Forum on Religion and Public Life, has linked regular church attendance with happiness.[64] Several studies associated church attendance with decreased risk of Alzheimer's disease.[65] Research by Rita W. Law and David A. Sbarra demonstrated that "church attendance was found to have a protective effect against the emergence of mood problems among older adults."[66] Graham et al. discovered that "consistent pattern of lower systolic and diastolic blood pressures among frequent church attenders was found compared to that of infrequent attenders which was not due to the effects of age, obesity, cigarette smoking, or socioeconomic status."[67] Oman D et al. found that "infrequent (never or less than weekly) attenders had significantly higher rates of circulatory, cancer, digestive, and respiratory mortality (p < 0.05), but not mortality due to external causes."[68] With respect to students, Glanville et al. found "that religious attendance promotes higher intergenerational closure, friendship networks with higher educational resources and norms, and extracurricular participation."[69] Research conducted at the Harvard School of Public Health found "that regularly attending church services together reduces a couple’s risk of divorce by a remarkable 47 percent".[70]
The evidence in favour of going to the church is staggering. More so than meditation or other memes. Use this information appropriately.

>>13397197 this is so obvious to me that it blows my mind that religitards use it as a real argument. The fact that a belief is helpful/useful has very little bearing on its truth. The idea of Santa Claus is happy and magical and useful for controlling kids, but that isn't good evidence for his existence.

One of reasons I can think of is that I've drastically reduced my water intake recently. But does the body change so quickly? What other reasons could there be? But if it is indeed water, how much water should I consume per day?
Anonymous
>>13395992 Not related to the thread, but anyone know whether that goes for "drink X liters of water a day for your skin appearance" too?
I ask because often what's recommended for general health differs from what's recommended for optimal performance, cosmetics, etc.r0gw8

On the defensive side, the NSA has been increasingly automating the defensive stuff where time is critical. They have the network amputation chain almost fully automated the last two years, I believe 2019 they made that change. Each defense network server globally is always trying to hash check the kernels of all of the other systems, and if the hive says a hash isn't what it should be, it chops off that server so the bug can't spread. High speed, low drag.

Every commercially available processor is backdoored. Every operating environment is backdoored. Every router is backdoored. The boxes on the sides of some telephone poles that links to the fiber that runs on the poles has a router in it that is, you guessed it, backdoored. The United States invented the Internet. They own ALL of the infrastructure, including in foreign countries and including undersea cables. The techs that are doing the grunt work at NSA are all taken from the military and the people doing high level math are all Ph.D holders from the private sector. If it weren't for that homefield advantage, any entity that recruits its talent exclusively from that group of people called "Ph.D holders" would not have sufficient staffing to accomplish anything. No matter which agency you are talking about, no one wears a suit to the office except for program managers and even they usually pair their suits with sneakers when their bosses aren't watching. In terms of dress code and professionalism, CIA has to be the least professional of all of them. CIA has become politically liberal, the FBI of course is very conservative, and the NSA consists of a lot of apolitical people which is probably the only reason they get anything done.

>>13398175 Not sure what you mean by "duration of the timestamp" (my bad). Anyway, my point is simple. There's no beginning because beginning would mean creation, creation would mean creator and who created the creator? So it's a timeless place containing everything. If you think about everything, we must exist at least once to confirm that's really everything. You can't experience this outside our "reality", because you would "end" in a place that existed "before" and "after" you. The movie example is simple, let me try with a similar one: think about being a character in a video game, what's his perception when you pause and then resume? The character would never be able to measure anything before the first installation of the OS. From his point of view, the Hard Disk was empty for an unlimited amount of time until it wasn't.
