Its common knowledge at this point that blacks are better runners and that whites are stronger. So its a different class, not superior/inferior. Mentally i think blacks just give less importance to the future so are less likely to be afraid of (abstract scenario) so they cant be enslaved with a narrative (only with weapons) vut downside is they are bad at investing.
