Alright /sci/ bros, what are psychology/science proven ways to stay motivated? I've been going up hours on how much I study and I'm burning out already. Coffee isn't helping. I get weird mental pains. Can't into studying >5 hours every day.

If we know the age of the universe, why don't we know the size? If we can measure the rate of expansion in the observable universe why can't this be extrapolated to give us a rough estimate instead of being between the observable universe and infinity?
