Has anyone purposefully tried to make an evil AI? I mean some relatively sophisticated AI like GPT3, but it says ominous things and wants to consume us. Is it even legal to program an AI like that?

It doesn't require any effort to make evil AI. If a "good" AI exist, it will have an objective function guiding it to goodness. Just reverse that function and you have evil AI.

Didnt check the starting value but i have a hunch it was decreasing because anytime i was looking at the readings it was decreasing never increasing.
How can i measure droplets of liquid? Should i put it in a capillary tube to prevent evaporation?

not biochem but you need intro chem + intro bio + intro physics then molecular bio then cell bio then probably your sophomore/junior level general neurocience class. after that you'd probably take various biochem classes.

Fundamental chemistry, physics, biology. Then cellular biology, anatomy, biophysics, organic chemsitry, bio chemistry. Then basic neurobiology and neuroscience. Then you can get into the particulars.
Neurology is usually taught near the end of a biology BSc, because it's a complex, integrative field. Most of neurlogy is taught on the MSc level as a speicalisation, to people witha BSc in biology.
As for books, well books give you the fundamentals. If you want a decent understandding of a non completed field, you'll need to go into the literature. The whole point of a final thesis you have to defend at the end of your BSc is to teach you how to deal with scientific literature.

Do you mind if I ask why? From what little I’ve read after a while the patient’s own cells (and the DNA within) overtake and reform the regenerated foreskin into something approximating what would have been had the patient never has his foreskin removed in the first place.
