It really baffles me. I have previously dealt with anxiety on high school, depression on the 1st year of university (Biochemistry, pharmaceuticals minor) and a cooming addiction. I completely fucking annihilated those three with doing regular outdoors exercise, weightlifting and keeping a healthy nutrition. (1/3)
