I'm scared about the long term effects Covid has on the body so I plan go full schizo about safety
Here's a list I've come up with...
-run away from sick fucks
-stay away from crowded indoor areas when possible
-Buy a form fitting N100 mask if I plan to enter crowded indoor area
-set up temperature checks / buy Rapid Antigen tests for personal encounters

Am I missing anything?

/fit/ banned me so now i'm here. Do any anons have personal experience with lithium? Some jew doctor tried to prescribe Lithium Carbonate to me, so I told him to fuck off and ordered some Lithium Orotate on amazon because fuck big pharma. Been on it for 2 days and while I mentally feel no different, I just noticed while plowing the missus that my refractory period is basically gone. I just wouldn't go soft even after 4 times, and eventually we were both just satisfied and done so we stopped. The only change in my daily intake or routine has been the Lithium. Is this a legit thing that it does? I'm a little excited desu.

sugars dumpens your immune system, sugars worsen your upper respiratory tract infection, sugars makes you fat and unhealthy.
