Humanity is peak intelligence

>the Universe is only 13 billion years old, a tiny fraction of its entire lifespan.
>our Sun is a second generation star, the very first star type needed for complex molecules to create planets and life.

so is this the reason why we cant detect intelligent life in the Universe? because there isn't any and we are the most advanced life-form in the entire thing? because it takes 13 billion years just to get to our level?

Honorable Gentleman of /sci/,
Recently I have been studying Jannies and their behavior, and I made a shocking discovery. From research I have done 55% of Janny accounts I polled are trannies. 40% of accounts I couldn't do research since they seem to be inactive accounts (maybe dead?). Now my question to my fellow /sci/ colleagues that I have been pondering is, why? What about being paid nothing and removing posts appeals to trannies? The best explanation I could think of is that it has to do with how cleaning is a woman's job and since they are desperate to do things traditionally a woman would do they take up this role. I will follow up with future research on the Jannies and their behavior.
Forever yours,
Anon

intelligence seems to be a curse in place to limit our potential within the universe and prevent us from exceeding the power of god/nature itself. it's a double edged sword. intelligence is what allows us to purposefully cause so much suffering upon others out of just pure greed and will inevitably cause the collapse of any civilization. this might also explain why some of the most intelligent people in the world are more likely to have mental health problems which is basically the curse/barrier at work.
