What should I dedicate all of my time to get good at?

I've been told by several keto adherents that saturated fat doesn't cause heart disease and that the vast amount of research showing an associating between saturated fat intake and heart disease is shoddy observational science.
They've told me that randomized clinical trials, unlike epidemiological studies, are actually reliable and have failed to show such an association.
They say red meat is actually good for you, for example.
Is this true or have they memed me? Are RCT more reliable and do they actually not show saturated fat to be harmful?

I ate some red meat every day for 2 weeks while on a low calorie keto diet. Started getting gout symptoms. Make sure to diversify.

Saturated fat and red meat don't seem to actually be harmful according to the most recent science, that doesn't mean they're good for you. Saturated fat is better for you than processed vegetable oils, but it's, at the very least, quite calorie dense. As for meat, if you want to eat healthy then organ meat is the best for you. There is also some rudimentary research suggesting that men might suffer from excess iron, and if that's true then red meat could harm you there.

None. I haven't heard a convincing argument for learning math past puberty. Why should rack my brain over the? I could just masterbate or fuck all day instead. I think most mathtards have a low sex drive.

Ant the issue with God is not something limited to your eyesight. There is simply no good reason to believe in him. I can't see electrons but I believe in electricity because I have experienced indirect evidence of its existence. There seems to be no evidence of God's existence, neither direct nor indirect. People who claim to have had mystical experiences may be lying since their claims can't be reliably reproduced (unlike what happens with electricity and other natural phenomena). Religious people interpret all kinds of coincidences through the lens of "God is giving me a sign" but then they can't come up with a coherent explanation of why some earthquake in Indonesia kills thousands of innocent people.

which would it be?
for me its calcium
complete control over most biological functions.
create explosions and fire that can burn in the absence of oxygen.
mix in a little aluminium and its stable in oxygen and really strong.
better conductor than copper by mass.
comprises
5th most abundant element in the earths crust.

Has anyone actually ever refuted the concept of intelligent design? All I can find are strawmen from the ID movement 10-20 years ago.
>its religion
its not, and this has been shown time and time again, intelligent design does not get you anywhere near a God, only to an underlying intelligence. The Greeks used to believe teleology and intelligence was an inherent part of reality like energy and matter, why cant we? Its embarrassingly obvious you want to preserve your philosophical pre-suppositions that you cant scientifically test.
>its not science
then Archaeology, sociology, psychology, computer science, cryptology, forensics, cybersecurity are also not science. They already use these methods and have been for several years now.
I give it 20-30 years until the field of biology starts using ID methods for research.

How would a being made of photons experience the passage of time?
Anonymous
>>13680336 From the perspective of the speed of light, those photons are an instantaneous transfer of energy between the lamp and your eye, and the part of the lamp that emits the photon and the part of your eye that absorbs it occupy the same space. Lorentz contraction means that for a photon, the universe flattens to an infinitely thin plane orthogonal to its zero-dimensional "path."

>>13680360 If the universe length contracts to a plane then isn't there distance along the plane?
Anonymous
Quoted By:
>>13680453 That's from the perspective of a just a single photon, whose "path" is a point on that plane.
Compile all the photons in existence (and don't forget the massless particles which ultimately comprise all matter) with all the directions they're "traveling," and everything condenses down to a dimensionless point that has a mathematical structure representing all causal interactions in the total history of the universe.
Anonymous
Quoted By:
It would be born and die in the same instance. Strictly speaking a photon reference frame does not physically exist, but if you take the equations at face value a photon simply does not experience a progression of time. Everything happens in an instant, or everything happens forever - whichever way you prefer to picture it.

Math as a whole literally is not real, it's a made up language game that humans use. The idea that math with the real numbers or infinities is more or less real than some finitist math, is equivalent to saying the rules of the game of chess is more or less real than the rules of the game of Go. It's retarded. They are both just made up rules. They have no connection to anything other than themselves, because they're both just human languages based on human undefined notions and human axioms. IF you want to use ZFC do it, if you want to drop choice or LEM go ahead, if you want to say only things that are computable in finite space/time are valid go ahead. None of you are more or less correct or valid from each other because platonism isn't real and you're all retarded schizos.
