I used to do it daily, 5 was the average - I'd usually go for even more. I think my highscore was something +10 in a day. Took me years to bring that shit under control. I was unemployed and had no prospects at all, so that is probably a huge factor as to why people get into pleasure routines to begin with. Eventually, I got a new job and pretty much had no energy for masturbation anymore and my fitness slowly came back by itself over a couple of months. It was a shitty wageslave job in retail, but at least it was a form of physical excercise and a routine. I still fap every now and then but the lust for coom garbage was left behind once I started getting some activity again in my life.

I am getting jewed, aren't I?
as a kid, I've used to keep hard candy in my mouth then bite on it when it was small enough, if any of this were true, about your tooth getting softer, biting a few times on something hard like that would've demolished my front teeth completely, yet they are the healthiest that I have.

Hard to tell.

That is no substitute for insight. The reason I am on 4ch is that I dropped most other sites where people thought a few seconds in Wikipedia was sufficient basis for a snappy comeback. More than once I was lectured about work I have done for over 10 years by people whose skill set did not exceed whatever they were paid for plus a weak command of double Dutch.

How do you guys go on about shit like that? It feels like rote memorisation is a tad too inefficient and I would actually like to retain some of the infos.
I do watch Huberman occassionally but can't say I remember much helpful advise except for sleep well and listen to white noise while studying, didn't watch all of his vids though so might be wrong.
TL;DR how to study one gorillion bullet points efficiently?

Use Anki on PC. Weebs use it to memorize Japanese characters and a lot of them are complete random. Start grinding asap

idk I know anki does flashcards. I only paid for quizlet because they merged with slader and put it behind a paywall. You can lookup the features and both and compare. Theres a free trial for quizlet+ but i think the free normal version is the same as anki
