Leave your emotions at the door.
Don't understand shit? Just ask any question that you *need* an answer/explanation for.

My perception, your perception.
The abstraction.
>"You're perceiving this point as X but in 'reality' the abstraction should be more close to Y based on my (personal) perception of [such and such]"

What makes the current optimistic predictions about AI different from the past equally optimistic ones?

Is going to the Doctor even necessary?

No.13754435 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I've been the most stressed I've ever been this past week finding any doctors that even except my shitty insurance. I literally have to drive out of state to even find one. I'm considering not even having a doctor anymore because of this bullshit.

I've been eating well, getting good sleep, exercising every day and just taking care of my body in general. Is it any good to actually live without going to one if I'm taking care of myself and my body?

Accoustics

No.13750232 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I lived in shared flats before and I've always wondered about this:
When Im in my room, I hear everythign that comes from the living room so clearly. Do they hear things coming from my room just as clearly?
Now I'm in a similar siotuation, one-room appartment and wondering if they hear me in the corridors/staircase because I hear stuff from there all the time (elevator, mailman machine beeping, people walking down stairs and talking)

"SCIENCE" BELIEVERS BELIEVE:

No.13753661 ViewReplyOriginalReport
- UNIVERSE CAME FROM NOTHING
- LIFE CAME FROM INORGANIC MATTER
- THAT FIRST SINGLE-CELLED ORGANISM TURNED INTO ALL LIFE ON EARTH THROUGH RANDOM GENETIC MUTATION
- IRREDUCIBLY COMPLEX BIOLOGICAL MECHANISMS LIKE SEXUAL REPRODUCTION FROM ASEXUAL ORGANISMS CAN BE FORMED THROUGH RANDOM GENETIC MUTATION
- HORSESHOE CRABS WERE PRACTICALLY THE SAME 400 MILLION YEARS AGO BUT YOU WERE A FISH
- THAT MODERN HUMANS EXISTED FOR 200,000 YEARS BUT DID PRACTICALLY NOTHING FOR ~196,000 YEARS AND THEN SUDDENLY STARTED BUILDING AMAZING CIVILIZATIONS AND LEAVING DOCUMENTS/RECORDS

ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF OF ANY OF THIS

SOFT TISSUE AND BLOOD CELLS HAVE BEEN FOUND IN T-REX BONES.

THIS HAS NEVER ACTUALLY BEEN "DEBUNKED" OR "EXPLAINED" (ARTICLES YOU FIND CLAIM "IT MUST JUST BE POSSIBLE FOR SOFT TISSUE TO BE PRESERVED FOR ~60 MILLION YEARS).

THE UNIVERSE AND EARTH WAS ACTUALLY CREATED IN 4004 BC.

MOST FOSSILS WERE FORMED IN THE 2348 BC GLOBAL FLOOD. YOU DON'T TURN INTO A FOSSIL BY JUST DYING ON THE FOREST FLOOR YOU HAVE TO BE RAPIDLY BURIED.

FOOLS LIKE YOU BELIEVE SOFT TISSUE COULD SURVIVE 60 MILLION YEARS.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THE UNIVERSE IS 13.4 BILLION YEARS OLD AND EARTH 4 BIL?

RADIOMETRIC DATING AND COSMIC BACKGROUND RADIATION, THAT'S LITERALLY IT, AND IT'S FLAWED. NO OTHER SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE.
