Obviously a baby is not born a WOMAN, she's born a baby girl. She becomes a woman when she goes through puberty.
Stop ignoring the fact that we are material bodies with material properties. Women and men exist as material realities. Our production of sperm and ovum, the innate reproductive roles that grow from this, the advantages and disadvantages of body size and energy requirements etc., is not simply a matter of social convention. The gender roles that differ between societies NEVER violate biological realities, because biological realities are nothing more than a higher-order form of physics. You can't violate physics. Biology IS physics and chemistry, just a very complicated final stage of them.
Women and men, who are females and males respectively, are real, objective, physical objects. The things that make females and males better or worse in different environments is a real thing driven evolution and natural selection.
Stop thinking that you are not an object. We are all objects with objective properties.
