My gf is not very smart. Should I be worried for our future children's IQ?

No.13758533 ViewReplyLast 50OriginalReport
Basically, I am worried because my gf's IQ is not quite as high as mine. To put it in simple terms, she's finishing her physics undergrad a year later with lots of retakes.
How much of a difference is this going to have on our children's IQ? Is this something I should be worrying about, when considering regression to the mean and such?

So apparently if you swap nerves that connect to visual and auditory processing while an animal is still an embryo, cortex can just adapt and the brain ends up functioning normally. What if you take a bunch of brain tissue that grows in a container outside the animal and connect it using nerves to the developing brain? Will it learn to make use of it? What if you connect two brains? What if you use brains of two different species?

How do I get pregnant?

No.13760639 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I've read a story in which a kinda ugly woman succeeded into having a Chad having sex with her. She used the sperm contained in the condom to inseminate herself and get pregnant. Then the cute Chad was forced to marry her and live with her.

> Get inspired
> Realize I can't because I am a man

Is there a /sci/ way I can get pregnant (without turning into a girl / ruining my body)? Will it be feasible before I get old?

Shroud of Turin - scientific analysis

No.13763325 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Any anons familiar with the current scientific evidence concerning the Shroud of Turin?
I’ve heard/read that some scientists believe the image could only have been produced by a massive burst of radiation from within the corpse, i.e. the moment of the Resurrection. I was not expecting that. I am not scientifically educated enough to falsify that sort of information.
Please don’t delete mods, this is a scientific topic, not here for any religious discussion. I didn’t expect hard physical evidence for the Resurrection, I’m as skeptical about this as atheists are about Christianity.
