I want to purchase a microscope to look at covid. what magnification will i need?

but theorhetically, the virus has a size. in order to view that size, what magnification would be capable of viewing that size?
I am going to go on craigslist and try to buy some positive tests. then I am going to try to actually verify this virus exists outside of government provided computer models

my symptoms are:

- I woke up 1 night in the meantime where I was sweating
- my lymph nodes at my thorat were swollen and my neck and throat hurt a bit
my body temperature wasn't increased and I didn't have any chills. No skin Problems or mouth ulcers.
The girl I slept with had a lot of sex with american soldiers so I'm kinda wondering if an infection through soldiers or relatives is even possible
Self propagation/ replication is endemic in the universe. Certain patterns have this natural characteristic (common subatomic particles, photons, etc). This is evident because there exists things to observe, the universe is not just chaos. Every one of these things that exists has some sort of 'pattern'.
As the wave function of everything exists on a continuum, This pattern contains an infinite amount of information. There exists several distinct 'patterns' containing infinite amounts of information that when projected onto our three space can propogate themselves (exist through time). These patterns are the different particles that we know to exist.
We also know that these patterns within the same classification can contain different information from each other. For example, two distinct electrons can have different energies, spin states, etc.
Say we abstract this pattern as a infinitely long vector occupying an infinitesimal 3D space. We assign two rules to the contents of these vectors:
1) The contents can randomly change within a margin of error (we recognize this as the fundamental nature of the universe)
2) Contents of neighboring vectors are an influencing factor
3) contents of vectors are more likely to be empty than have any other value (basic statistical thermodynamics)

So, seeing those gifs of the 'shockwave' moving out from the Tonga eruption, I started to wonder:
Does anything interesting happen on the exact opposite end of the planet where the shockwave meets at one point?
(Not just this eruption, but any sort of explosion big enough to cause ripple effects that wraps around the globe)
Size is the 4th spatial dimension. This fact was revealed to me in a dream, long ago.
Our universe is spread "flat" along the size dimension, like the 2d surface of a 3d ocean, thus rendering it incomprehensible to us. Some phenomena, like thermal expansion and virtual particles, are a direct result of subtle movement within the size dimension.
