>Be me, a math major
>Reading a math book
>Civil Engineer friend comes by and sees what I am doing
>Proposes a solution
>I say that he is wrong because he is assuming things that he has not proven first.
>To make him see his mistake with a really simple similar problem I ask him to prove that there are infinitely many prime numbers
>He says that there are infinitely many natural numbers therefore infinitely many prime numbers
>This is so ridiculous but still I want him to better his ways. I explain that if X is any set, Y is a superset of X and Z is a subset of X, if X has infinitely many members you know that Y also has infinitely many members but you don't know if Z has infinitely many members.
>I continue by saying that the prime numbers are a subset of the natural numbers, not a superset
>He says that this doesn't make any sense and goes away
i want to beat the fuck outta engineers

What is the relationship between thrembo and 6.5?
Is one greater than the other? Are they equal?
Does thrembo have/require a complex component?
Does thrembo possess properties on an unknown axis?
What arithmetic operations can be performed on thrembo?
What operations CAN'T be performed on thrembo to defined answers?
What's the internal angle of a regular thrembogon?
Does a thrembogon tessellate the Euclidean plane?
Do the thrembotic roots of any integers have special properties or uses?
Are there special properties of thrembotic-order polynomials?
Do frequencies with a thrembotic harmonic have special properties?
What are the pros and cons of a thrembonary counting system?

why do they all look like this? is psychological projection of self loathing the likely scientific explanation or are there other explanations?

>“Everyone has hit their limit with COVID, overwork, their mortgages, rent payments and so many things with capitalism. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to take a break from that and do less of it,” said Doreen Ford, the page’s moderator. A 30-year-old living in Boston, Ford once held a job in retail, but for the past five years, she’s been self-employed as a dog walker, working about 25 hours a week.
