Cardiologists of /sci/, or anyone with basic knowledge of heart function.

After you've learned what you've learned, can you recognize the pumping process in your heartbeat? When you're in bed at night and you feel and hear your heart beating, do you feel and visualize the pumping cycles through the chambers, valves and veins?

When I was in the army and failed out of airborne school in Fort Benning back in 2006 they put me in a failure platoon stuck doing shit details until they had a place to send us. So I was waiting to be released in evening formation and they had us waiting longer than usual, and there was this big flat white orb in the sky looking like picrel. There were also these dark clouds floating overhead. Every time I looked at the orb, dark clouds would cover it. When I looked away, and then looked back up at the sky, the exact same scene would replay of dark clouds covering an orb. They were the exact same clouds, same shape, same trajectory, same velocity, every time. Look forward > Look up in the sky > somehow witness the exact same scene as if I had pressed rewind on a video. So what the hell was it? Everyone says time travel to the past is impossible but after seeing that I'm not sure.
