What places do you guys usually post your work and where is the best to find commissions?

How do I stop being a distraction junky?

Unironically, is ANY kind of practice better than nothing? Like if I went and followed one of these kind of books guidance would it do more good than harm or viceversa?

From my experience it seems like most folks who have made it, on the independent scene already worked in the industry before for sometime before striking out on their own, so doe's one need to work x number of years in the industry before going indie, and which path is more viable in the long run for an Art career?
