The OC Drawthread

No.5993772 ViewReplyLast 50OriginalReport
Welcome to the OC Drawthread:

Draw someone's OC or post your own. All skill levels are welcome.

Rules:

1: Post a brief backstory if your OC has one.

2: Keep it fairly SFW, please.

3: This is NOT a request thread, also posting your OC also isn't a guarantee that someone will draw your character/ exchange deliveries. Regardless, please consider exchanging drawings with your fellow anons as it's what keeps these threads going.

4: Character/ Lore Dumps are allowed, just be sure to specify that you're not posting with the expectation of getting deliveries.

5: Be sure to thank Drawfrens for their hard work as soon as you can, it's just common courtesy :^)

Could Aphantasia be advantageous to the pursuit of art?

No.6020286 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Everyone always says that aphantasia is a detriment when it comes to art, but could it be the opposite?
I mean, with no internal vision to constantly distract the artist from what's actually on the page surely they can focus better on making something good?
I say this as someone with aphantasia.

what medium does this fall on?

No.6018631 ViewReplyOriginalReport
messing around and experimenting with all of the brushes on a 2d drawing software can be considered it's own medium of (abstract) art art? and if it does, what would it be called? (bother to post some of your own)

Is any of you both an artist, and a programmer?

No.6012473 ViewReplyLast 50OriginalReport
I wanna learn code to develop my indie games, but programming seems so intimidating, so, if you're both, please give me some tips, advice, anything really, thanks.

I'm a total /beg/ in code, but this thread could work for programmers that don't know how to draw too.
