I mean different people use those words described in the Gang at certain points in the film. None of them seem to have anywhere near that disregard for any individuals at any point in the movie.
I don't understand why with comic book movies being more popular than ever, normies will still never pick up a comic book. If I were running Marvel or DC, that would be completely unacceptable to me. Comics need to be sold in places outside of comic book shops. People clutch their pearls when you say that, because they think the industry needs to remain tiny and niche in order to protect these brick and mortar stores, but it seems obvious to me that more people reading comics would mean more comic shop customers, even if they don't get all their books from there. Get them in other stores, promote comics by mail. It's completely unacceptable how few people buy comics right now.
Is there any capeshit hero character that just doesn't give supervillains a chance to go down a path of villainy? Where he just fucking kills them the first chance he gets? Doesn't attempt to redeem them, get to become familiar with them or even give a shit if they had a sad backstory. Just fucking kills you for even attempting to start shit.
The only character that comes close to ever do this is the punisher be he only ever deals with regular human criminals. Not some one who suddenly got bullshit powers out of nowhere and the first thing they do is immediately become a professional criminal.
