So I recovered from a first episode psychosis, and been off the medication for 2 years now. The episode had all the classic symptons and lasted 8 months.

For the last month or so some people were talking in the room next to me, I couldn't make out what they were saying and deluded myself into thinking it was about me and from that started thinking all the possible scenarios.
Eventually I confronted someone about it, and basically I had imagined the whole thing, basically a massive delusion. I was always aware that it could be just that, but I had no voices or any other symptons.
At the point where I was told nothing had happened, I had this massive surge in the back of my neck and tensed all the muscles in my torso when I was trying to explain that it wasn't an episode just a delusion. But I need to know what that surge in my neck is called, I did have ptsd symptons from the first episode.
