I'm 24 and I started using sunscreen two months ago. Is 30SPF enough to protect against skin aging caused by the sun? It was the only clear sunscreen I could find.

I stick to a hat with those safari looking side curtain flaps and mostly stay inside between 10 am and 3 pm. I only use mineral based sunscreen when I really have to when I'm gonna be out for a while

europe has nice chemical sunscreens, but the FDA hasn't approved any new chemical sunscreens in a long time.

Are you basing your self evaluation on times you looked at yourself while high? every meth head I've met does believe meth heals them and is good for their health while making them look like shit. Just losing weight without drugs would be much better

Hello! I’m curious as to what would would happen if the primary and secondary coils of a Tesla coil or transformer were made from a superconducting wire (supercooled Hg for example). Since superconductors expel external magnetic fields with great efficiency, would a Tesla coil produce a more powerful output voltage? Since electrons behave as bosons at this temperature, would the outcome of the machine behave as expected or unexpectedly? It should be simple to test if one has access to the Hg and liquid nitrogen.

I read a short story about this once Basically a trading ship visits Earth on a 10 000 year loop and every time they return to their home planet (not Earth, they are aliens) or another planet on their trade loop, the crew has to spend several years learning the new language and cultural norms and explaining who the fuck they are before they can start trading I think it's mentioned that they often return to previous trading partners, find that the planet has been blasted back to the stone age, and then just keep going to the next one without stopping.
