Any medfags in here? I've got a problem.
I feel a constant weird feeling somewhere between my Cervical (6-7) and Thoracic spine (1-2). Even by walking 5-10 km I don't feel any difference and dancing or any other activity doesn't even work.
What are some activities or training to help your spine staying healthy, strong, in good shape.
Can be anything: fit, just exercises, doing certain activities etc.
It's getting to the point that I start planning to buy me a sword and stick it trought the chest all the way to my spine. Or maybe I just should saw myself into two pieces from that specific point in my spine because I'm start getting to be sick and tired, literally, from the constant pain.
DOCTORS just say that I've to do training but I'm training my spine allready for 24 months. No results.

I dropped a magnet (strong neodymium) down through copper (made of copper washers). Nothing, no resistance at all. Isn't something supposed to happen here?
