Need advice

No.14277034 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I am 20 and I have been on methylphenidate (40mg a day) to treat my ADD. This has been going on for a year. My psychiatrist wanted to put me on dexamphetamine right away, but I insisted that I trial the weaker stuff first. I have another meeting with him and he is going to push dexamphetamine on me. Should I take it?

Also, in before "hurr durr ur getting meth bro". Well, doctors who spent 10 years in university probably know more than you.

Should critical thinking be banned? Critical thinking is the chief cause of scientific misinformation.

what is our origins
>uhh the bigbang bro!
how did that happen
>Because uhhhh anti matter and dark matter and heat stuff happened to make the bigbang happen!
so the bigbang isn't the origin, where did those things come from? How can ultra dense material just "exist" in a stead state and for no reason at all just decide to explode all of a sudden. And if it wasn't in a steady state something must have made it do something.
Half of the "science" behind the creation of the universe seems to be just a cope out to justify the big bang theory.

Anyone else on alpha keto glutarate? I am testing it on myself. Is it doing anything for you?
I’m quite skeptical. Every anti aging supplement seems to have the same antioxidant effects. I don’t think I’m getting younger yet.

popular math books

No.14277442 ViewReplyOriginalReport
Looking for something to listen to as an audiobook while doing something else, which at the same time isn't superficial.
It's genuinely pathetic that all these books talk about history or other blah blah blah. Why the fuck do the people who have discovered any of it matter? They don't. Math is meant to be separate for humans, we merely discover it. It's not our achievment, but of math itself.
