One cryonics company, in Michigan, refuses to take suicides at all. One, Allot in Arizona, is self-obviously a cult. One in Oregon is fine with suicides ad seems pretty legitimate, but you have to be in their city when you die, and really they need to be on site at the hospital.
I think that the best way to do this is to go buy the membership, then check into a hospital in that city with something trivial, like a stab wound in the keg, and then kill myself while overnighting in the hospital. Probably use sodium nitrate to do jt.

Does anyone here actually understand what Clausius was trying to do when he came up with the formulation of "equivalence-value", aka entropy? I'm trying to understand the meaning of , like how did he come up with that? What was he trying to prove? Why not or ? Yes I know what entropy represents in philosophical sense, and statistical sense. Only this formula doesn't make any sense. Why even come up with it? What was he trying to do?

Is science dead?
Whenever I come to this board I see the same discussions over and over again.
>einstein was right/wrong/good/bad
>meme topics (covid, flat earth)
>evolution great/evolution wrong
All of this is very impractical. All it boils down to is rambling about your personal opinions while never learning anything or making any progress.
Contrast this with technology where you can always learn something new and useful and make progress, learn a new programming language, new tools, new ways of thinking and getting things done. Science feels fucking useless in comparison.
