Whenever anyone focuses on sex, gender identity, or orientation they should be relegated from all scientific discussion as personal fetishes owing to some neurological or hormonal differences that could be explored as a curiosity if that's something anyone cares to do. No one should put one wit of concern towards a person's sexual interests themselves but should be concerned with their actions and ethics in any action sexually motivated or otherwise. The main point is all sexuality is a fetish. All activity will need to be policed for utility and morality. None of that should ever involve the promotion of a harmful addiction. Orgasm itself is a healthy addiction. A complicated trigger of orgasm is more likely to be immoral and disallowed or shunned.
