Sex is animalistic and evolutionarily unnecessary for intelligent life. As an expression of favor, love, or commitment it is a sensible tool for relationships, but otherwise a wrote addiction at worst and a healthy past time at best. No one should ever be belittled for choosing not to have sex. Orgasm through any means is as acceptable as drinking caffeine, taking daily naps, or consuming supplements and moderate use of non addicting drugs of any kind you're healthy enough for. There isn't a single person who should be depressed to find themselves without a sexual partner nor is it a disorder of itself. Much like a person can survive without calorie intake if they have water, sodium, vitamins, a small amount of protein, and any remaining body fat, the act of sex is not strictly speaking a need in any way. Not even for reproduction as selection through any form of desired process with or without it is possible and currently practiced. Whenever anyone focuses on sex, gender identity, or orientation they should be relegated from all scientific discussion as personal fetishes owing to some neurological or hormonal differences that could be explored as a curiosity if that's something anyone cares to do. No one should put one wit of concern towards a person's sexual interests themselves but should be concerned with their actions and ethics in any action sexually motivated or otherwise. The main point is all sexuality is a fetish. All activity will need to be policed for utility and morality. None of that should ever involve the promotion of a harmful addiction. Orgasm itself is a healthy addiction. A complicated trigger of orgasm is more likely to be immoral and disallowed or shunned. There's nothing morally wrong with that behavior if you do so compassionately and voluntarily.
