If you are going to accept PSR, you need a universe which provides it's own reasons for existing, and nothing can't do this, because it is nothing and therefore contains no reason why there should be nothing, precluding it from ever existing. Something exists only insofar as it has a reason according to PSR. An explanation for why something exists, then, must terminate in a reason, and the universe must ultimately be self-explanatory and self-creating from the reasons which explain it.
