First, some General Advice:
1. Your high school performance, and your previous performance at uni are both irrelevant. Forget them.
2. Don't listen to the retards calling you an idiot for flunking calc. Its pretty common at most places, and not a big deal.
3. You might need to adapt some of what i say to America. I've never been there and don't know how uni works there.
Now, how to prepare for clac 1/ 2 in < 2 months:
1. You have more than enough time, but be prepared to study hard (ie. > 5 hours per day)
2. Textbooks aren't very important. Just pick random ones from your school recommendations, do as
>>13337031says, or simply go with online resources.
3. Start by reviewing math fundamentals. If its been years since you studies math, you WILL be rusty and it WILL harm you.
Review -> Basic math notation, arithmetic and plane geometry (including area and perimeter calculations), basic algebra (variables, expressions, equations, zeroes, identities, basic theorems, solving quadratic and cubic equations), basic trigno (just like with algebra), and basic mathematical logic
4. If you make this far in under 20 days, then review Euclid. Uni calc uses a LOT of logic.
5. Review calc 1. Study limits, continity, differntiability etc. Be thorough with real analysis derivations and epsilon-delta methods. DO this VERY thoroughly.
6. Practice lots of integration. Then review integrability theory.
Remember what I said about textbooks and make sure that you study things even if you are sure that you know them.
