Creatine doesn't help you mentally, no, its actually having a bad diet HURTS you mentally. You can always supplement a bad diet, but there is no improvement over a baseline healthy human.

Surely this is merely a meme. I see this shit shilled everywhere and I downloaded it and its not even that good. Printed in the 60s and the only PDF copies online are shit to read, I hate the formatting. I havent learnt anything from it yet bc its a chore to read. Surely there is a better intro to Calculus

However, Apostol is kind of middle of the road. If you know the direction you're travelling choose Spivak for pure mathematics, or Courant & John as the definitive book on everything a more applied mathematician needs to know about calculus (or physicist).
