skin burns when I touch any conductor

No.13400967 ViewReplyOriginalReport
I'm not asking for medical advice, but a possible scientific explanation for this. The only thing I can point to as a cause is when 2 weeks ago I started using a replacement charger for my laptop, made my a third party.

Whenever any part of my skin anywhere, from head to toe, touches a conductive material, it burns. Mild enough that I can still keep touching things, even an aluminum can which burns the most, but it feels like touching some metal left out in the sun. Confirmed it's an electrical issue today when I went in the ocean, and when touching the bottom of my pants that got wet, my hands burned, but not the dry parts.

What is this? I don't even. I been to the doctor before for subjective but very real issues that they couldn't detect or do anything about, so I'll wait. Only thing I think to try is one of those Earthing/Grounding mats, and other new age hippie remedies to supposedly offload all the 'bad energy' form electronics. Also getting a new laptop Monday and avoiding touching this one, using wireless imput device.

Molecular simulations.

What if I told you we could simulate the motion of atoms and then use machine learning on the trajectories to find patterns that help us design better materials and discover better medicines.

Science, in its broader scope, is simply not feasible.

The reason for this is that the scientific method, which is the most powerful tool for understanding the world, is based on a series of assumptions that are inherently untestable. The scientific method assumes that there is a way to observe the world, and that there is a way to describe the world, and that there is a way to infer the truth of the descriptions.

In other words, the scientific method assumes that the world is objective, and that it is possible to know the truth about the world.

But these assumptions are untestable.

If you try to test the scientific method, you will find that it is based on a series of assumptions that are untestable.

For example, the scientific method assumes that the world is objective.

But the world is not objective.

The world is subjective.

And the scientific method assumes that the world is knowable.

But the world is not knowable.

The world is unknowable.

And the scientific method assumes that the world is consistent.

But the world is not consistent.

The world is inconsistent.

Why did cases diverge between the UK and USA? The states have mostly reopened while the UK still hasn't.
Looks to me like mRNA vaccines are just significantly better than the AZ vaccine the UK used.

Space Dust

No.13396759 ViewReplyOriginalReport
A small dust particle can hit as hard as a small nuke if you even travel at 20% the speed of light.
How the fuck are we gonna deal with this thing in space if we ever want interstellar travel?
